Jimmy Kimmel
Jimmy Kimmel Live airs as part of ABC's late night lineup. His show has been on the air since 2003. His band is Cleto and the Cletones. His announcer is Dicky Barrett from the ska group Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
Originally it aired from 12:05 am -1:05 am after Nightline.
Then, in 2013 it moved to 11:35 pm, head-to-head against Letterman and Leno.
Before his foray into late night TV, Kimmel worked on the Comedy Central shows Crank Yankers, The Man Show and Win Ben Stein's Money. He is good friends with Adam Carolla, who hosts a successful podcast. He also worked in radio all around the country in markets such as Las Vegas, Tampa, Tuscon, and Los Angeles.
He idolizes David Letterman and sees him as a role model.
Kimmel has done some voice-over work for films such as Garfield, The Aristocats, and The Smurfs 2 and 3.
